Characteristic

Description

1. V-shaped clamping seat is designed to clamp cylindrical objects within the range of Ø 13.5 - Ø 42.0mm. The cylindrical objects are fixed to the adjusting seat and V-shaped compression block with platform by the nylon top wire with 2.0mm hexagon on the PRK1-A pressure arm. (Each mounting base contains a pressure arm, and additional pressure arms can be purchased separately)

2. The pressure arm is fixed on the extension rod with a flexible mechanism and locked with a 2.5 mm hex wrench. When PRK1-A is used alone, it can clamp optical elements up to 53mm, and the distance between the extension rod center and the nylon jackscrew center is 25mm at the first place and 35.5mm at the second place.

3. The V-shaped pressing block has 8 Ø 6.1mm through-hole and 1 Ø 3.5mm through-hole, which are used to directly install the V-shaped pressing block on the optical platform or extension rod. For additional compression support, the V-shaped compression block also has 3 (4 in total) M4 threaded holes for additional pressure arm installation.
