Description

(1) The MC series is an ideal choice for installing mirrors or collimated light sources, and can achieve precise beam angle alignment along the axis of a 30mm cage system. The adjustment frame has three M6*0.25 precision hexagonal adjusters, the adjustment accuracy per revolution is 7 mrad/rev (miradian/rotation speed), and the fine adjustment of the manual three-axis adjuster can realize the precise angular positioning of the optical element in the cage system. In addition, each regulator has a separate locking set screw.

(2) The MC-S1 optical adjustment frame has a smooth limit mounting hole for installing a Ø1" optical element with a thickness of at least 3mm. The optical element is fixed by a nylon top wire on the top.

(3) MC-T1 has SM1 (1.035"-40) threaded mounting holes, and optical elements with a thickness of up to 3.1 can be directly installed through the attached 2 SM1 retaining rings. Thicker optical elements can be passed through our SM1 series lens sets Install the tube, and then screw the sleeve into the front plate of the adjustment frame.

(4) Both the front plate and the rear plate have four well-designed through holes, which are directly compatible with our 30 mm cage system. The front plate of the cage rod allows ±4º deflection and tilt adjustment without disturbing the cage rod. When the desired position is reached, the cage rods can be fixed with the locking screws on the rear panel. In addition to being compatible with a 30 mm cage system, it can also be connected to a post through an M4 threaded hole.

(5) With the laser mounting hole or adjustable collimation adapter, the Ø12mm laser can be installed on the adjustment frame.
