Description

(1) The high-resolution adjustment knob provides ±4.5° pitch and ±4.5° yaw control with an adjustment accuracy of 10.7mrad/rev for smooth adjustment, small cross-coupling, and precise beam placement. Also features hardened and polished balls and U-groove kinematic pivots to ensure repeatable angular orientation and stability.

(2) The mounting seat provides two-axis precise angle adjustment, which can be used for drift-free positioning of cylindrical laser heads with Ø25.4mm-44.5mm and other cylindrical objects. In order to prevent shaking and shaking, it can be firmly fixed on the two contact surfaces formed by the U-shaped groove by the side nylon set screws.

(3) The bottom can be installed on other adjustment frames, rod clamps or platforms in a horizontal or vertical manner through two Ø6.3mm countersunk holes with a clearance of 50*50mm.
