Description

(1) The LB-XYR-C prism adjustment frame has a rotation axis that intersects with the center of the reflecting surface of the optical element, which can eliminate unnecessary linear beam translation during adjustment. It is an ideal solution for precise alignment of beam splitting optical devices or prisms. This precision adjustment rack has three adjusters (which can be individually locked) and provides a two-dimensional adjustment mechanism located below the installation surface, achieving precise adjustment of ± 5 ° in the tilt and pitch direction. The third knob axis provides rotational yaw adjustment within a range of ± 5 °.

The square groove of the installation table facilitates alignment and calibration of the installation prism position.

(2) The pressure arm provides clamping force and can compress prisms, beam splitters, or non-standard optical components with a height of 17.5-28.0mm. The height adjustment can be achieved by loosening the fastening screw with a 1.5mm wrench to change the position of the pressure arm on the extension bracket.

(3) There are also 4 M3 and 1 M4 screw holes on the installation table of the adjustment bracket, making it easy to install other optical components. And the bottom has M4 screw holes for installation to the optical extension rod, which are used for free space experiments.
