Main Body

The top of the main body of the cwo-x1 filter mount has a spring-loaded latch mechanism that aligns each filter with the mechanical axis of the cage system. There are fixing screws on the top to lock the position of the insert. The three screws on the periphery are used to fix the position of the locking pin and cannot be adjusted. Multiple filter mounts can be stacked along the optical path. The panel has eight 4-40 tapped holes for M6 stainless steel cage rods; the panel comes with SM1 (1.035"-40) internal threads for compatibility with SM1 series lens tubes. 8-32 (M4) at the bottom can also be used ) The screw hole is installed on the post.

Filter insert

The WO-X filter insert mounting holes can be used to mount Ø1" optical elements up to 5mm thick. Each insert mounting hole has SM1 thread, and the edge has a lip snap slot, you can use the attached snap ring to install the optical element. Each filter insert has a blank label to mark optical components.

Note: One CSK3 snap ring and one DS1 washer are provided for each mounting hole. If you need more snap rings and washers, please purchase them separately.

The main body panel comes with internal SM1 (1.035"-40) internal threads for compatibility with SM1 series lens tubes. The 4-40 threaded holes on the panel are used to install M6 cage rods (gift 8 4-40 screws).

The mount can be used in combination with our lens tube and cage coaxial system. You can also directly assemble the application in free space, install it on the post, or install it directly on the optical platform.

There are 4 hidden screws on the main panel, and the attached Ø2mm screws can be used to continuously stack the filter mounts.

Installation method: When stacking multiple filter mounting bases, push the hidden screw holes in the four corners of the main body panel, use a 2mm hex wrench to push the hidden screws forward, and tighten the clockwise knob to fix it. When disassembling the main body, use a hex wrench (without pushing forward) to twist it counterclockwise (with a slight shackle lock sound);

The main body of the filter mount comes with a WO-X2 insert. If you need additional inserts, you need to take another shot.
