Description

(1) CFEP-S series Ø1.5" posts are available in different heights for assembling large rigid 3D structures. They can be stacked on top of each other. There are M6 screw holes in the center of both ends. The thread depth of the
posts is 10.5mm, allowing multiple posts to be connected to obtain a specific length. Pass the hex wrench through the Ø6mm through hole on the side to get enough torque to tighten the stacked post.

(2) CFP-A1.5 post clamp block is compatible with our Ø1.5" post. The front panel has 13 M6 screw holes, and the rear panel has 4 Ø4.4mm countersunk holes.

The clamp device on the back can slide on the Ø1.5" post to achieve vertical positioning. Once you reach the desired vertical position, you can use the attached M6-16 quick release handle to fix it. In addition, the handle can also be replaced with an M6 cap screw.

The length of the handle is 44mm, including an M6 bolt, which can be directly installed by rotating the handle. The internal ratchet drive mechanism prevents the handle from driving the bolt during the retracting position.

(3) The PSHAM adjustable collar provides a vertical 8.0mm lifting height adjustment stroke for the components installed on the post. The easy-to-operate drive ring can achieve fine height adjustment of 0.6mm per revolution.

(When adjusting the height, the nylon ring on the top of the collar can prevent it from being
damaged.)

Installation method: Put the collar on the Ø1.5" post and keep it at the required height. Use a 5mm hexagon wrench to tighten the side studs to fix the position of the collar. Place a set of optomechanical parts above the post collar, and rotate the drive ring to adjust the height of the assembly. After determining the position, tighten the set screw on the ring wall to lock the height.

(4) The CFEP-B-S post base can fix the post to the breadboard or optical table. There is an M6 threaded hole in the center of the base for connecting with a Ø1.5" post. There are also 4 countersunk holes, which have more freedom when fixing to the breadboard, and it is convenient to choose the most suitable mounting hole.
