The handle is 2.36 inches (60mm) long and includes a 1/4 "-20 (M6) bolt that can be rotated directly to install the handle. The internal ratchet transmission mechanism prevents the handle from driving the bolt during the return position.

The quick release handle provides a simple and reliable method for fixing the flexible post clamp block. In many cases, a cap screw is used to fix the flexible clamp block to the post, and a balldriver is required for adjustment. For different loads, using a balldriver may be more difficult, or even unsafe. The quick release handle allows the clamping block to be tightened by hand, alleviating this problem and ensuring better control of the required torque when tightening and loosening the clamping block. Since this method does not require a balldriver, the time required for basic setup and alignment is shortened, and the clamping block is quickly fixed.
