Electric Translation Platform :

►This series of linear platform products is suitable for low speed, high-precision, and medium load motion positioning situations;

Single Axis Stepper Motor Controller :

►Suitable for open-loop or closed-loop controllers of electric actuators and electric displacement platforms based on stepper motors;

Description

 

(1) The LMTS series linear electric translation platform can provide linear translation of 25-100mm, optimized for applications that require medium load capacity and high resolution, such as measurement and detection. Specially designed for micro stepper applications, it can provide smaller and smoother low-speed movement, with less vibration noise than DC servo motors.

(2) The main platform is supported by four circulating ball carriers accurately installed on the linear guide rail. The circulating ball bearing guide rail and precision trapezoidal threaded screw can achieve smooth and uniform feeding, and adopts a magnetoelectric induction limit switch, which is both sensitive and highly reliable.

 

Drive type: Dual drive type (LMTS-D) with manual feed knob on the stepper motor shaft;

 

The micro deceleration stepper motor is equipped with a 45:1 reduction gearbox, providing higher thrust and high-precision micro feed control. This model does not support manual feeding (LMTS-S);

 

(3) The aluminum alloy base that eliminates stress has high stability, and the standard pitch of the displacement table top is convenient for connecting our optical components or other displacement tables to ensure orthogonality when stacked. OEBT offers different adapter plates to choose from, providing maximum installation flexibility for displacement tables.The APT-90 right angle adapter and OPS-M406 series conversion board can be used to build XY, XZ, or XYZ systems. Each displacement table contains a base plate that can be fixed to an optical platform or bread board.

 


 

(4) Oeabt LMTS-DRIVER is an open/closed loop controller for electric actuators and electric displacement platforms using stepper motors. This controller can provide simple manual and automatic control methods for low-power stepper motors (up to 18W at DC12V). This controller uses a maximum of 32 subdivision (6400pps) pulse signal for microstep control of the motor, effectively suppressing motor vibration. Equipped with trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration and S-type acceleration and deceleration control modes, and adopting independently developed patented circuits, it can
dynamically monitor the motor's working conditions and automatically adjust the output current. This ensures that the motor can maintain stability during startup, shutdown, and operation, with noise and heat generation controlled at extremely low levels.

 

(5) The controller adopts a Chinese operation menu and a paddle type operating handle, making it easy to use. The appearance is a mature C module structure of Oeabt, which can be quickly assembled on the OPM series power supply and USB communication base or used separately. Integrated USB communication interface, connected to the computer through this interface. Utilizing Oeabt OPTstudio ™ The integrated motion control software module within the software allows for more convenient manipulation, as well as setting motion scripts for fixed length, fixed point, and fixed trajectory to achieve richer automatic control functions.

 

(6) When using multiple controllers, it is recommended to cascade the KCH-A series communication bus with the power hub. Designed specifically for the operation of the Oeabt series C module controller, the C module can be installed close to all other mechanical components required for building automatic optomechanical applications. They simplify cable management, power links, and communication issues between multiple USB devices. To significantly reduce the placement area of instruments and meters on the optical platform.
