1. The beam diffuser is a common safety device used in laser laboratories to absorb laser energy. Continuous (CW) laser or pulsed (Pulsed) laser can be scattered and absorbed multiple times in the beam diffuser, and finally converted into heat. . The beam entrance aperture is Ø17.2mm, the incident laser beam irradiates on a cone top surface and is scattered, and the returned stray light is very small. Recommended for CW or pulsed lasers up to 10W.

Note: When the power of the laser pulse is too high, the surface on the cone will fall off, and the amount of scattered light may increase, but as long as the cone is not significantly deformed, the performance of the beam diffuser will not be affected.

2. The barrel has a SM1 (1.035"40) external thread input aperture, and is compatible with 30mm cage systems and Ø1" ferrules. When using, simply guide the beam into the incident aperture. In order to block the laser light path, the A Ø1" lens tube mounts directly over the input aperture.

3. The M4 mounting hole at the bottom is used to install the post, which can be used for free space construction.
