Description

(1) A 16mm cage system is usually smaller and can leverage its advantages in limited space. It is more suitable for embedded optical systems that require a certain acquisition angle and require faster autofocus. The cage cube is an important component of the cage system, which can reflect and refract light rays, maintaining the same propagation axis. In the optical system, the cage cube plays a role in adjusting the optical path, reducing the length of the optical path, and eliminating optical distortion.

(2) The CSL16-M series cage cube housing has 2 or 4 SM05 threaded inlet and outlet ports, suitable for installing right angle prisms with reflections of approximately 0 ° and 90 °. The installation height of the prisms should be ≤ 20mm (using curing adhesive to bond the prisms to the mounting seat, to be purchased separately), which will reflect the light path of the cage system. Simultaneously compatible with our SM05 series lens sleeves.

(3) There are four 4-40 threaded holes around each port, compatible with installing SPCM series Ø 4mm cage rods, integrated for 16mm cage systems.

The bottom of the cube has M4 screw holes, which can be used for connecting rod components and for free space applications.
