The EAP series of modular optical shields provide modular components that allow you to customize your system to accommodate most experimental spaces. The system includes shield panels, window sealing splice plates, cover rails, corner codes, and upper cover plates, all of which are sold separately. Flexible use of these standard components allows for easy construction of shielding systems, as well as optional replacement of other components in the system.

Characteristic

EAP Series Shielding Baffle:

► Used to form a continuous barrier;

► The experimental device can be shielded in a relatively closed space to prevent laser diffusion hazards, or to isolate interference from external factors;

► The plates are connected to each other through an ammonium chain structure, which can build optical fences with almost any contour shape;

► It can also be combined with acrylic panels to construct an upper cover plate, forming a hexahedral enclosed space;

► Shielded and window type baffles are available in various sizes;

► Accessories such as window panels and electrical terminal boards can be customized;

EAP-S Window Sealing Joint Plate:

► Used in conjunction with an open end shield to form a continuous barrier;

► Forming a convenient opening and closing mechanism;

► The design of hexagonal screw holes can be arbitrarily installed on the dovetail groove of the shielding baffle;

EAP-OT Series Cover Rail:

► Construct a split cover plate structure;

► Slide rail construction path installation cover plate;

► With a countersunk waist hole connected to a corner code, it can be used to fix the position of the fixed baffle;

EAP-L Series Corner Code:

► 90 ° right angle design, vertically intersecting fixed components;

The beveled edge design can be installed on the dovetail groove of the shielding shield, and connected and fixed with the guide rail or bread board platform;

► Integral aluminum block construction provides excellent rigidity;

► Screw hole/waist hole design for easy installation;

To build a shielding system for an experiment, simply follow the steps outlined below.

1. Measure the size of the space that needs to surround the barrier system, and determine the height and number of baffles required;

2. When installing the baffle, insert the corner code along the dovetail slot of the baffle from bottom to top, use a 5mm hexagon wrench to tighten the contact surface between the fixing and the baffle, and then use the stud screw to sink and lock it onto the bread board or platform;

3. Before installing the guide rail, insert the bevel surface of the corner code into the dovetail groove of the baffle from top to bottom. When the position is parallel to the baffle, tighten the hexagon screw to secure it to the baffle.

4. After determining the required length of the guide rail, place the guide rail and connect it to the corner code above the baffle, and fix the position with a stud screw. The upper cover plate slides along the guide rail and opens and closes at will. At this point, the shielding system installation is complete.
