Description

(1) The Z-axis mounting block is used in a 30mm cage system that needs to move along the optical axis of the cage system. It can be installed on two cage bars through two grooves on the mounting base, so that the components fixed on the movable part of the displacement table can be translated along the optical axis. Then use a 2.0mm hex wrench or ball head driver to tighten the fastening screws on the side to secure these cage bars.

(2) The displacement table is driven by the SM13 micrometer head, providing a linear translation of 12 mm with a graduation of 10 μ m. Precision linear ball bearings ensure smooth, high-resolution movement.

(3) The displacement table is pre equipped with mounting hole seats with different diameters, which can be used for cylindrical elements with a diameter of 8-12mm. The two adjusting screws on the front plate of the adapter can provide pitch/deflection of ± 6 °. The pitch and deflection axes are engraved for easy identification and can be turned with a 2.0mm hex wrench.

(4) After the adapter is removed, the optical element mounting base has SM1 (1.035 "- 40) internal thread, which is compatible with Ø 1-inch optical element or SM1 sleeve assembly, and is attached with a CSK3 snap ring for installing and fixing the optical element.
