Description

(1) CSJ-LB cylindrical lens mounting base is designed to install cylindrical lens or other rectangular optical elements horizontally or vertically in a 30mm cage system. The compatible height range is from 8 mm to 20 mm, which is clamped by two mounting arms, and the position of the element is fixed by tightening the side stud screws.

(2) A scale mark is engraved on one side of the cage plate. The main scale is 4mm1, and the secondary scale is 2mm. The total length of the scale is 20mm. The cross target with a groove in the center of the cage plate is used to assist the centering of the mounting elements. When the cylindrical lens axis is parallel to the mounting arm, it is the easiest to center the lens.

Installation steps: Before installation, use a caliper to measure and determine the clamping height of the optical element Adjust the mounting arms at both ends of the digital sign to half the height, and fix the mounting arms at one end to prevent displacement. Place the optical element, apply light force to clamp it up and down, and tighten the screw to fix the position of the element.

(3) The center hole of cage plate is SM1 (1.035 "- 40) internal thread, compatible with Ø 1-inch lens sleeve. There is one through-hole compatible with φ 6mm support rod at the periphery, with a spacing of 30 * 30mm. Use a 1.6mm hexagon wrench to lock the side set screw to fix the position of the support rod.

(4) There is an M4 screw hole at the bottom for installing the extension rod, which is used in free space.
